Hosting and Domain

  1. If you already have a domain for your restaurant, you can use it on our platform. Its management and configuration will have no added costs.
  2. If you have accommodation associated with your domain, you will not be able to use it to host our platform. Your website hosting will be on our servers at no additional cost to you.
  3. Since the platform is specially designed to work on our servers, it will never be possible to migrate it to third party servers.
  4. At any time, you can request to change your domain’s DNS at no extra cost, as long as you have an active plan.
  5. The migration of the domain owner will have no added costs if you have your plan active, otherwise it will have a fixed cost of 50 euros (plus VAT).

 

Configuration and Customization

  1. Our team will configure your website to be “ready to use”.
  2. We will personalize the website with the image of your restaurant (logos, colors, elements).
  3. Automatic payments will also be set up by our team.
  4. Contracts with automatic payment entities and third party services are the sole responsibility of the customer. Our team will be able to guide you and indicate all the steps for joining these services, without ever interfering in business with these entities.

 

Content and Intellectual Property

  1. All content to be used on the website (images, texts, photographs) are the sole responsibility of the customer.
  2. The production of textual content will be budgeted for.The purchase and / or production of digital content will be budgeted for.
  3. Photo capture is not included. If the customer wants this service, it can be budgeted.

 

Contract and Loyalty

  1. When activating a plan, the customer must contract the service for a minimum period of one year.
  2. After a period of one year, the customer can cancel the contract at any time.
  3. Reactivating a plan has no cost to the customer. He should only start paying the monthly fee normally.
  4. Whenever a plan is not renewed, the respective domain will also cease to function.
  5. After one year of suspension of a plan, the domain will not be renewed and the reactivation of a plan again implies a minimum loyalty of one year.

 

Support and Training

  1. The training provided to the client will always be carried out remotely through one of our trainers.
  2. There are several methods for training: telephone, video conference or email.
  3. Whenever you have any questions or problems, you can contact our support team via email or phone.
  4. Support priority will be given according to the chosen plan.

 

Sales and Service Commissions

  1. The My Restaurant platform does not charge any commission on sales made on the website.
  2. If you have an automatic payment service (Paypal, Meo Wallet, or other), the entity that provides the service may charge a commission on the sale.
  3. The SMS service is paid to the unit according to the typology (national or international).

 

Services not Included

  1. Website content management after construction and initial configuration.
  2. Introduction of products for take-away service (our team will explain, during training, how to do this simple procedure).
  3. Change of content (the client has the autonomy to do so in the administration area).
